Data Processor: Concerning Tabbird's core operations, Tabbird acts as the Data Processor when delivering services through its Software. Data Controller: In accordance with the Applicable Privacy Laws, Tabbird serves as the Data Controller for the processing of Personal Data collected through the Site, as well as through other B2C interactions, including but not limited to account registration, Customer inquiries, subscription services and more.

For example, we host data in ISO 27001-certified data centers with SOC 2 compliance and encrypt data at rest using AES-256 and in transit with TLS 256-bit encryption.
