We've had the privilege of building the Tabbird platform alongside manufacturers and their service networks who live these problems daily.

One industrial equipment manufacturer we work with was drowning in warranty claims: thousands of free-text claims a month, triaged by hand, with root causes surfacing months after they first appeared in the field. Their Tabbird agent now reads every claim as it arrives, clusters emerging failure modes, and traces them back through production records to the responsible components, assembly, and design decisions: evidence their quality engineers take straight into CAPA.
